Vendor Verification

You can request and evaluate papers from your vendors using vendor verification tools. Vendors upload items using their vendor dashboard, and site admins can review, approve, or reject items uploaded by vendors from the admin backend.

Selecting and configuring the documents or items you want vendors to upload is simple. You just give each one a name and a brief description. There are certain things like “Proof of Identity” or “Proof of Address” that MarketKing predefines by default, but you may customize anything here and add as many items as you like.


Refund Requests

The refund request module offers several features:

  • Customers can use their My Account panel to seek full or partial refunds on their purchases.
  • Refund requests are sent to the vendors, who then can approve or reject them.
  • It’s up to the administrator to handle the refunds and return money after the refund is authorized by the vendor.

Admin can use the vendor badges module to customize and display particular vendor badges on the vendor’s personal page and product pages.

Complex setups can be achieved by linking certain badges to specific vendor groups or individual merchants. For example, when it comes to membership packages, you can grant unique badges to merchants that buy particular subscription levels.


Seller Documentation

Using the vendor documentation module, admin can create a repository of relevant materials and information for vendors. Useful for vendor onboarding, this is a key tool for reducing the support burden.

Articles will  constantly be available from the vendor’s dashboard. Instead of addressing the same queries for each vendor separately, this will be a huge time saver.

When this module is activated, a dedicated “Feedback” panel appears on the vendor’s public shop page.

Vendor Vacation

Using this module, vendors can show a “on vacation” message to customers.

Vendor Payouts

Vendors’ account balances grow as they sell products, making money available for payout. MarketKing allows vendors to see their balance and history of payments.

The “Set Payout Account” button and popup can be used by each vendor to set up a payment method in their vendor dashboard.
