Vendor Membership Packages

Vendor Teams & Staff
For each vendor, MarketKing’s vendor teams/staff module enables them to build up team member/staff accounts that can be used for various roles in the management of their store.
Members of the team can access the vendor dashboard by logging in, but they will only be able to see panels and pages that the vendor has set up for them.
Using the Teams & Staff module, each vendor has a “My Team” page in their vendor dashboard where they can add team members and set permissions for each of them.
The vendor can activate or disable all panels that the vendor has access to for each team member.
Each of your vendors can have their own invoices, complete with their logo, shop name, address, and other relevant information.
A plugin called “PDF Invoice & Packing Slips” must be installed to utilize this module fully functionally.

Single Product Multiple Vendors
Allows you to have multiple vendors selling the same product.
Customers on your marketplace can quickly report questionable items with this module. Some examples include spammy products or descriptions, false goods or descriptions, harmful links, etc.
Only logged-in users will notice a tiny “report abuse” button under each product when this module is activated.
Using this module, vendors can show a “on vacation” message to customers.
This will mean that vendor has temporarily paused their store’s operations, and their items will be hidden from the store and cannot be bought while this is enabled.
Vendors’ account balances grow as they sell products, making money available for payout. MarketKing allows vendors to see their balance and history of payments.
The “Set Payout Account” button and popup can be used by each vendor to set up a payment method in their vendor dashboard.
In MarketKing -> Settings -> Payouts, an administrator can customize the available choices. The administrator can configure a new method or select from preexisting options (PayPal and Bank Transfer).

Vendors can see messages in their own dashboard, and they can also be notified of messages by email, depending on their email preferences.

This module allows communication between customers and sellers. With a dedicated tab, customers can immediately inquire about products in the vendor’s store.
Vendors will see customer inquiries in their dashboard messaging tab and customers can see it from their My Account page.
Announcements module enables site admin to write and post announcements. Vendors can be alerted of announcements through email based on their email preference settings in their vendor dashboard.
It is possible to restrict which vendor groups or individual vendors can access a certain announcement.

Vendor Frontend Dashboard
Each vendor has its own dashboard where they can log in and see all of the information related to their items, sales, profits, and more.
Vendors have various management capabilities over their stores:

- Vendors can provide support via external URL, dedicated email, or the built-in message panel.

Vendors each have their own shop page, which is customized to their preferences:
- There are three built-in themes that can be used for the store’s appearance.
- The settings of each vendor’s storefront determine how it appears to customers.

Each vendor gets access to a separate earnings page that displays all of their profits in their vendor dashboard. They can see monthly charts, daily sales, individual orders, and various other statistics in this section.
Vendors can create and manage coupons for their own products using the coupon management feature. When the coupon module is enabled, vendors access a special “Coupons” panel on their vendor dashboard.
When creating or editing a coupon, sellers have access to the same native WooCommerce tools and interface for coupons as the admin has, except for certain constraints.
