How To Add WordPress Zoom Integration To Your Website?

The Pandemic has dramatically changed our lifestyle. Most people prefer to avoid direct communication during this time. People rely on many technologies for communication, and Zoom application is popular. So if you are a business person or a team leader with a website, why not use the WordPress Zoom integration plugin for staying in touch and managing a business.

Zoom application reached many homes during this pandemic and helped many business organizations, educational institutions, even hospitals to reach their customers within seconds. The reason for selecting the Zoom application is because it brings people closer and reduces the physical distances between them.

This is the right time to learn how to integrate Zoom video calls and webinars into WordPress.

Why Integrate Zoom With WordPress?

Before knowing the reason for integrating Zoom with WordPress, you must know about Zoom. Zoom is a very popular tool for video calling facilities. It is convenient and can make conference calls easy.

During this pandemic period, the Zoom application got acknowledgment from many people because of its features and adaptability. The reason is that the application is adaptable for business meetings, online classes, online courses, etc.

The advantage of using this application is that it allows you to connect 100 people at a time. It also enables you to conduct conference rooms, webinars, interactive classes, etc.

If you are a business owner or manage a team, integrating Zoom into your website will make your job easier. You can host Zoom meetings directly from the website. This is more convenient for you to manage the meetings and notify your followers. Since everything is on your website, you do not need to send any emails regarding the meeting, as followers will be notified directly from your website.

You can schedule a meeting from the backend of your website. Importantly, you do not need the Zoom app to manage the whole process. This is because you can set up the meeting and password directly in the backend.

In addition to the above, the Zoom application provides an option to host webinars, check user identity, and use it for customer service calls. Overall, you can handle multiple meetings from the backend of the website.

Webinars are mainly applied for view-only attendees, and you can share your screen, audio, and video for some selected participants. You can connect 50 thousand participants at a time, but the count will be based on your plan. The plan starts from connecting 500 participants initially. The webinar will be helpful for educational institutions and meetings.

If you solely need a plugin for webinar purposes, I suggest checking WebinarPress vs. EasyWebinar vs. WebinarIgnition comparison.
